IF YOU REPRESENT A SELLER

Fill out the Broker Listing Agreement. You keep your full commissions while Bid on the City only charges buyer's premium. You and your client get unique marketing, presentation and the shortest non-excusive listing without losing any commission. Submit your client's property for free evaluation.
Bid on the City's listings are extensively advertised and marketed for 30 days worldwide. All listed properties have detailed information, including a contract of sale and riders, if any. Buyers can attend property open houses or view virtual and video tours.
30 days after the property is listed, the bidding takes place. Buyers can bid online or in person at our Bidding Center at 226 Fifth Avenue, New York. See BidOnTheCity.com Bidding Center.
Bidding starts at or below the reserve price that seller agreed to. If a buyer's bid is equal to or above the reserve price, the property must be sold to bidder. If final bid is below the reserve price the seller has 24 hours to accept or reject the deal.
